Todd & Kari Kelley
Todd Kelley – President / Kari Kelley – Vice President 
A little bit about Todd: In 1984, Todd joined the Army as a Dial Central Office Repairman. Before serving 4 years of active duty in Germany, he attended Ivy Tech College and studied Electronics. In the fall of 1989, Todd founded his business Kelley Communications.
Todd has high-level military clearance and is able to perform communication technology work for government buildings and structures. He installed the communications systems used at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center.
